We Move Sites
A motion-website studio: the studio site is a single camera move through a dark 3D room, and eight demo sites, one per sector the studio pitches to, hang inside it, each built around one scroll-driven idea
What I built
- Built a studio site as one continuous camera move through a CSS 3D room (scroll as the dolly, cursor tilt, magnets, fog by depth) that scores 98 on Lighthouse mobile at 4 MB
- Designed and shipped eight demo motion sites in two days, one per client sector, each around a single scroll idea (a phone in 3D, a scrubbed showreel, an invitation that opens, a floor plan that stands up), all live and scoring 86. 100 on Lighthouse mobile
- Built the outreach tooling around it: a site scanner that flags template builders, a one-command deploy to a per-site Vercel project and subdomain, a loop recorder, and a queue feeding a cloud email sender with per-mailbox warm-up caps
